Workshop Service Manager

After sale Business Management:
• Business plan making and implementation (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• After sales marketing development
• Profit & Lost management
• Plan workshop capacity
• Monitor the competitors in the market (AS)
• Develop concepts for increasing benefits for the customer, turnover and profitability
Customer retention improvement
• Customer complaint handling.
Human Resource Management:
• Assess employees, set up development plans and give feedback
• Responsible for HR requirements and recruiting/exit of staff
• Dealer operation and Dealer development support
• Ensure yearly training plan
• Manage, coach and motivate employees
• Appraise employees and determine of variable salary/bonus
Technical support and Market quality improvement:
• Tools, equipment and Special Tools management
• Dealer technician skill improvement
4 Operative Management:
• Ensure quality/final control of the repaired vehicles
• Utilize customer services contacts to actively provide sales advice and ensure support of sales staff in technical questions
• Guarantee correctness and professional of customer services
• Ensure smooth workshop operation
• Ensure all operative management tasks of workshop managers are in place
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and legal regulations
• Monitor efficiency of processes in workshop
• Ensure correct job time planning and task allocation for workshop
• Ensure professional customer complaint management
• Cooperate with the spare parts management

• Management skill
• Knowledge and experience of auto service management, service operation, service marketing and basic financing.
• Understanding the market (MG service products, competitors)
• Ability to interact well with all departments in the company.
• Understanding dealer operation management
• Knowledge and experience of after sale business
• Team-work /cross function, enthusiasm, mature, hornet, accountability
• Analytical & problem solving
• English and Vietnamese ( EN is advantage)
• Knowledge and experience of automotive technical
