YouNet Group Marketing Director (Vietnamese Only, Good English)

With the positioning of YouNet Group (500 staffs and experts of technology and marketing) to be the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of big enterprises in the age of 4.0, we want to have a strong Chief Marketing Officer /Marketing Director (CMO/MD) who helps us to implement the marketing strategy to attract the right customers and right talents. The CMO/MD is to be angevelis of services and culture as well as get involved in product development, digital system of the YNG.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Can have an ability to study and understand deeply about YNG in total services, products and solutions.
2. Design Marketing strategy of Group including online and offline activities for
- External Marketing Strategy Activities
- Employer Marketing Strategy Activities
3. Implementation of Marketing Strategy (combination with online and offline activities) with leading marketing team of Group and sub-companies as
- Drive an effective communication strategy through leveraging Social Foundation of Group (Social Insight)
+ Communication content
+ Media content
- Create and build new opportunities/lead gen (Acquisition objectives) and advance existing opportunities (Retention objectives) for sale and consulting team within targeted audience aligned marketing strategy
+ Achieve a target customer as sale strategy plan;
+ Reporting for tracking and measurement→ ingredient of Business Intelligence Report with Marketing’s aspect;
+ Generate required attribution to contribute to CDP aligned with data strategy of Group.
- Be responsible for employer branding: Work with HR for external and internal activities
4. Perform market (Brand reputation through SocialHeat and other channels) and competitor research to support BOM team for plan and strategy.
5. One of the key stakeholders to contribute about data strategy of Group and improvement of current system related to Marketing as Marketing Automation, CDP, etc...
6. Supervise and perform training and coaching for marketing team of Group and sub-companies to strengthen team’s capacity and aligned with Group’s strategy.
7. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Promotion: Can be promoted to CMO, Managing Director, VP/Director of Business, Vice CEO, CEO
