ZaloPay, Growth Strategy Associate/Lead (Open Level)

ZaloPay was launched in 2016 with the ambition to tap into the new era of mobile-based financial service. Our aim is to educate Vietnamese users to acknowledge and acquire the latest tech-based payment methods that ease up the burden of having to cash with you all the time.
User Growth team manages ZaloPay’s largest use cases (Transfer, Telco, Financial Services) and coordinate company-wide activities that drive user growth. We are seeking for a Growth Strategy Lead/ Associate, who will perform the following tasks:

Manage Growth team&039;s use cases
Cooperate and leverage resources of cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Developers, etc.) to implement business initiatives.
Initiate, manage, and provide take-away from user researches.
Initiate marketing plan to promote the product
Monitor progress, measure the business performance, and execute to drive growth and achieve the business goal.

1-5 years of experience in consulting, business management, product management, project management, marketing, or operations
Self-motivated, willing to take on and overcome ambiguous challenges.
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to create partnerships both inside and outside of User Growth organization
Thrives in a startup environment: loves dealing with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
Customer obsessed. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users and partner’s problems.
Bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
Finger-tipsiness with data. Know how to leverage this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience using data querying language e.g., Python, SQL.
Experience working in Tech firms (fintech / e-wallet, e-commerce, ride-hailing, etc.) or financial institutions (banking, asset management, consumer finance, etc.)
