To many people, the paycheck here might not be awesome. BUT let me tell you, work for skills and NOT for the paycheck. One good thing of working here (at least for me and colleagues i know) is that you do not need to sign a contract that requires you to work for a specific amount of time like 2 years or 3 years. So spend time at work as a learning opportunity to learn as much as you can and do not complain about paycheck or OT. From my various internship experiences, nowhere else can provide me with such a tremendous learning experience, albeit a bit stressed sometimes. BUT a bit of stress is good haha:)
