I have the ownership on what and how I'd like to do my job, people don't judge on position but on solution to make decision. Also flexible working hours makes me feel more trustful and the most important thing to me is the culture. I was rejected by a few tech companies since I didn't have tech background and a bit over aged for start up but here I am writing this comment. I guess I was chosen based on my potential and quite grateful for that.

Sometimes things move really fast, the prioritization keeps changing on my list that I lose track to time and plan. The office sometimes quite noisy with people playing music that I could not focus and be productive.
