I like the 13th and 14th month salary. I like my boss who is very friendly and supportive. I like the annual company trip, usually abroad.

Khuyết điểm

If you need to grow professionally, you need a better career system. At AS White, I cannot find one. Yet, except when you work in IT development, you may not have a good leader to help build up your skills since most of the people there are at intermediate level. In short words, AS White is a company for those who've just graduated from 1 - 3 years. When you have to grow further, you may need to change the company to seek for better position with better salary and more opportunities to grow.

Having said that, I still appreciated the years working at AS White because of the bosses, the Australian culture, the respect, the colleagues, the memories and the beautiful offices located in Dist.1 :)
No compensation for OT. I see one of my former colleagues who had to work until 11 pm. Yet, no OT paid for her :)
