Khuyết điểm
- Too noisy at times, especially the team who sit next to Aussie clients. Poor our clients! :( They have to use headphone quite frequently :D
- Someone please brings candidates water (or put some water bottles there with friendly notes)
- I believe the way we arrange the office cause the difficulty for HR team to recognize candidates. That's why some candidates were neglected :)
- Need to focus more on procedures related to projects (ex: how to write proper documents, how standardized Agile works in reality), not procedures that force people to wear formal clothes. I'm just saying...
