- Make software products with Australian clients
- Offices are spacious and well decorated
- Flexible hours but the clock in clock out policy is a bit annoying
- Not much extra hours
- Many pretty female colleagues working as accountants
- Overseas company trip
- Opportunities to develop your own professionalism
=> Good for developers and QC with 2-3 years of experience.
Khuyết điểm
- Managers do not really care about their staff (mentioned many times in the other reviews)
- Unclear KPIs for each level
- There is a big insurance project, divided into smaller ones, but the smaller projects do not cooperate well together, due to the lack of people who have a good vision in system architecture.
- Salary reassessment is really biased. Some people who have outstood during the year do not get an increase as near as those who the bosses favor.
