Suite for fresh graduated to learn about process, phases of a software life cycle, improve English, teamwork... Team members are friendly.
Khuyết điểm
- Suffer many interviews with other CSC sites to be able to get work
- Some projects are not interesting, but just fix bugs / solve tickets
- A lot of systems to follow everyday, eg. timesheet, ....
- Slow in getting new trends - mobile and cloud - projects (Salesforce, iOS, Android, ... seems there are no projects on these fields to do)
- Need to learn how to listen flexibly, to take action more effectively, rather than waiting for paperwork and very heavy process to a final decision, especially in some cases very simple and it's not worth
