- Better-than-average salary.
- Has everything you want to get the job done (macbook, display, phones).
- Lot of toys (watches, trackers) to play with.
- Flat and open culture.
- Everyone is nice.
- Some employees will have chances to work onsite at the US for 2 months.
Khuyết điểm
- Bad management, messy working process.
- No technical training, library, open discussions / talks about technology.
- The code quality depends on the developers, the company doesn't have any policy about coding standard, unit/integration tests, code reviews...
- The tasks are not challenging. Most of the time you will add some small features, fix some bugs, make small changes to an existed features, etc...
- The department's manager doesn't really care about employees, doesn't really have passion with technology and software, doesn't have management knowledge. The manager only cares about what the top managers / directors think about the department.
- An offshore company - Not a startup anymore. A lot of excellence people have left the company.
