The office is pretty far from my home and near crowded streets.
Benefits for employees are not the same between countries. Feel a little unfair when comparing VN offices to Singapore offices.
Some process, esp. performance review is a little lengthy and cumbersome when there are many parties involved.

Do quy mô công ty lớn nên nhiều quy trình đòi hỏi khá nhiều khâu và tốn thời gian.

- Đồng nghiệp đa số vui vẻ, thân thiện, ít drama, politic
Công ty hiện tại không có OT, chỉ có oncall xoay vòng members trong team

- Văn phòng ở VN hiện tại vẫn còn ít người, cần tuyển thêm 30-40 devs mới đủ headcount
- Văn phòng ở Q7, hơi xa, đi làm mỗi sáng mất tb 40ph chạy xe cũng hơi oải

You can talk & get help from many people.
You can join a lot of rooms to learn, discuss, leave comments about any problem your interests.
A lot of documentation about the project, technology and you can discover by yourself & following it to get something news.
Grab pay for OT very good, clearly & fit for you developer

At first, maybe you can feel overwhelmed, feeling you hard to contribute to Grab. But after one or two months everything will better.

Grab has result oriented culture and willing to invest to create new thing. We haven done a lot of internal project to support Grab's operation and I think I will not have that kind of change to do such kind of projects if It is not Grab.
overtime is depend on the project you are working on. However, you can be flexible about your time anyway.

Grab's is a technology and engineer is appreciated, however It's operation include a lot of non tech people and conflict between tech and non-tech people is invavitable

Công ty sẽ cố gắng không để bạn làm OT, OT được trả hợp lý

Bỏ thời gian phỏng vấn khá nhiều, ngoài ra không có gì đáng nói

- Chế độ đãi ngộ tốt: lương check mỗi 6 tháng, thưởng (từ 1-3 tháng lương), hỗ trợ thêm 3-4M/tháng cho kinh phí đi lại và chăm sóc gia đình (có thể claim ra tiền mặt hết)
- Được cung cấp điều kiện làm việc tốt nhất: Macbook Pro Touchbar 2017, 2 màn hình 2K.

Công ty không bắt buộc OT. Tuy nhiên nếu có OT thì đều được trả tiền hợp lý.

- Được trình bày mong muốn một cách rõ ràng với sếp
- Được hưởng phúc lợi tốt
Chưa thấy OT, thời gian linh động nên cảm thấy thoải mái

Văn phòng đẹp, view đẹp. Mọi người vui vẻ hoà đồng. Sếp tốt, quan tâm nhân viên.

Chưa thấy gì cần cải thiện. Máy lạnh hơi lạnh. Văn phòng hơi xa.

Môi trường quốc tế, được làm việc trực tiếp với team nước ngoài (Sing, US) giúp cải thiện ngoại ngữ và tăng sự tự tin đáng kể.
Hầu như ko có OT, ở đây ko ai ép bạn phải làm gì cả mà sẽ là bạn tự làm vì đó là trách nhiệm của bạn.

Nhiều benefit tốt như có tiền grab car, grab food
Môi trường sử dụng nhiều tiếng Anh, cơ hội làm việc với các bạn ở nhiều quốc gia khác
Ít OT, OT sếp sẽ hỏi, ko ép và có tiền và ghét IT việc quá sao bắt ghi trên 50 kí tự vậy, hài lòng thì có gì mà phải nói nhiều

Máy lạnh lạnh quá à, office ở quận 7 hơi xa trung tâm, những ngày mưa hay bị ngập và kẹt xe, nhưng do đc phí đi grab và thời gian linh động nên cũng không phải là vấn đề
