Đi làm lúc nào cũng dui nha mấy bạn. Mới vào sẽ học hỏi được khá nhiều. Seniors chịu chia sẻ kiến thức. Manager khá dễ tính, quan tâm ae. Giờ giấc thoải mái nữa. Được khi onsite khá ổn.
Ít khi phải OT, PJM quan tâm đến team nên estimate thời tgian khá thoáng và tốt.

Lương chưa ổn lắm. Không có quá nhiều hoạt động trong công ty. Công việc đôi lúc có hay lặp đi lặp lại, nên chủ động xin làm thêm nếu k muốn bị lạc hậu.

Large company with world with footprint. Different projects with multi national customers. Multi national projects and fast growing and expanding footprint.

Medium to low salaries. No career plan development for employees, or at least not for me. Please stop turnover rates and improve career development for good employees.
