Here in ITviec I have a a great working environment, frankly to say no bad internal competition in team, it helps me to concentrate in what I do. That's what I love the most.
Besides, I learn a lots from our CEO and my Manager.

Looking forward to our cool new office and our company trip.

Although the working space is not big, but it's full of funny, supportive, and talented people.

Because of the small size of the company, so each individual person is responsible for an area. So do I. That is why I have many time to learn new things and constantly apply those new things into my daily job. That helps me improve my professional knowledge greatly.

The big boss, Chris, cares a lot about the staff. I can always ping him and have a straight talk about my concerns. He also spends time to train us about soft skills, such as negotiation, presentation, communication, how to work efficiently...

There are 2 things I would like to suggest:

1) Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days.

2) We need more space. It's to crowded in this office.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request.
There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
The managers cares much about all staffs, sometimes go out for lunch with some team and always ready for replying, talking with any staffs. They are very friendly.
The environment is really fun because most of people here are fun, young and friendly.
The workspace is comfortable and expand when necessary to make staff feel comfortable.
Working time is very flexible, I can go to work late or leave early, and I just have to work 7.5 hours per day.

The working environment is super relaxed too. We work from 8:30am to 5pm, no weekends. Yet we do a lot! It's all about prioritizing well.
