Có chào hỏi lịch sự và cũng có giải thích về hướng đi của công ty.

Mình dev 2 năm kinh nghiệm IOS từng đi phỏng vấn công ty này nhưng họ cho 1 dev PHP ra phỏng vấn, hỏi toàn những thứ có liên quan đến IOs nhưng chả mấy dùng ví dụ như : concurency là gì? Tại sao em lại chọn công ty này (mình hỏi lại luôn tại sao lại gọi em đến ?). Mình show 5 projects đã làm thì không hỏi. Cty tuyển ghi Urgent Swift nhưng chả hỏi tí nào về Swift(vì ông phỏng vấn còn chả biêt Alamofire là gì:D).

As a very fresh start-up, it's inevitable that the company still has some problems need improving, such as its lack of close and continuous support especially for new employees, its lack of offering some small fringe benefits that matter (e.g: parking ticket), and the infrastructure system should also be upgraded.

However, the problems are minor compared to what Innovatube can bring to you.

I have been working there for a while and I really like the working environment here which is friendly and everyone is hungry for knowledge. Also, I can meet with a lot of talented people from the startup community, which is great in building your network and being inspired every single day.

I have been working them for a long time, the goal which they are aiming is still ahead in the future,
