Small team that cares for each other. The team works hard, but the workload is more predictable than it would be for an outsourcing company. New office has excellent views and great location. Lots of new teams starting up i.e. production support, technical helpdesk, customer support.
Khuyết điểm
The company is still young and is still figuring out some of their software development processes. This is not such a bad thing; it creates opportunities for people with experience to apply it and make things better.
