The most thing I love is the time working. It is very flexible so that you can balance between work and family.
The working time is very flexible and environment is comfortable. You also have big advantage to improve your English in Outsourceit.

Less pressure, high salary, have an opportunity to onsite to Norway, happy break every Friday, fruit time every day. I like coffee here also.
No OT, have timesheet application and employee will log 40 hours per week

Working at Outsourceit has been fantastic! The leadership is great, and employees support to grow their careers within the company. Company culture is great and everyone who works here is passionate about what they do. I thoroughly enjoy working here! They offer great benefits such as Happy breaks, fruit time, team outings and many other things. I highly recommend working here!

Flexible working time, so I have time to take care of my children. It is suitable for working mum like me. For a small company it is international. We have good benefits and many of the staff work many years. It is great working with other top level engineers. Work Mon-Friday.
