I love working at Radiusonline because of the people, the pace and how much we get done on a daily basis. I've never worked at a company with so many awesome and talented people! Everyone genuinely likes being there. I'm tasked with the opportunity to solve interesting problems, I hardly ever have a boring day and am always learning and being pushed by my coworkers. On the perks side we are well taken care of with catered Friday lunches, kegs, Top Golf membership, MMA membership and a kitchen packed with plenty of snacks.

The upper management are very open and transparent about pretty much everything. Information is shared in weekly meetings, and employees have a good idea of where the company is heading, and the challenges ahead.

Some growing pains, but it's to be expected. Management is listening to the employee's and working to keep things moving smoothly. So it's not really a con.

Keep doing what you're doing! Stay transparent, it's something I really appreciate.
