Staff are trusted to do high quality work and are rewarded with flexible work hours and little micromanagement. Leaders are very supportive of your career goals and often encourage employees to learn something new outside of your specialty (like product, machine learning, UX and design, etc).
Product managers and product owners have to do some off hours calls with the Seattle team, but it's rare for engineers to do overtime.

Most staff are mid to senior level engineers and management tends to be more hands off than what you see at other companies. This is a good thing, but it might be a difficult environment for entry level engineers unless they possess a high degree of discipline and willingness to level up their skills on their own.
