- On field 2 - 3 times/month for trade program tracking and observing

- Provide training and coaching to all Trade Marketing/ Distribution staffs
- Identify needs, implement and facilitate solutions in providing reports
- Ensure TM&D systems and databases are accurate and comprehensive and continuing integrity of TM&D systems and databases.
2. Analysis
- Prepare reports of findings and analysis about market developing condition, market trend, innovative points as well as monitor business indicators.
- Analysis sales KPIs, sales performance to get inside issues and provide solutions
- RA data running for tracking region performance
2. Leadership
- Ensure that Trade Marketing & Distribution Team is well trained execution process effectively
- Provide training for sub co-ordinators to ensure them understanding thoroughly about TM&D Systems and Databases.
3. Management
- Ensure implementation and continuous evaluation of TM&D system
- Manage Trade Marketing Information Team in Region by assign job and monitoring to ensure all reports are accurate, coherent and deliver on time.
4. Relationships
- Establish close working relationship with both Trade Marketing Team and Distribution Team and other team members
- Establish close relationship with Management Team in Region to ensure the well- informing of market information and other TM&D systems and databases (RCS, SWIFT, BO…)
5. Innovation- Drive innovations in all report processes to reduce workload.
