Inspection & Documentation:

Inspect the quality of imported, returned, damaged, and destroyed goods.
Verify Certificates of Analysis (COA) for incoming goods.
Check product artworks and information prior to import.

Labelling & Redressing:

Perform redressing (sub- labelling) and maintain accurate batch records for these activities.
Coordinate the ordering of sub- labels, leaflets, and Instructions for Use (IFU).

Operational Compliance:

Monitor the cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of warehouse equipment.
Support temperature distribution validation for the warehouse and transportation vehicles.
Conduct monthly checks on temperature alarms and insect traps.

General Support:

Assist the QM team with other tasks as assigned by the QM Executive.

High learning agility and a proactive "can- do" spirit.
Strong work organization, communication, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
Final year student or recent graduate in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.
No prior experience required, though basic knowledge of quality management is a significant advantage.
Proficient in reading and writing English.
