- Support in receiving, analyzing, and summarizing information from customers;
- Support in preparing project proposals, bidding documents, and related documentation (for customer discussions and new project development)
- Support in following and monitoring project implementation and contract implementation progress, as well as updating implementation progress and project status
- Support in establishing and maintaining communication channels with stakeholders.
- Support in preparing technical presentations and project proposals for customers.
- Support in monitoring construction progress and on- site status of the Company group- participated projects, as well as competitors’ projects
- Support in technical explanations (technical specifications and features) to potential customers.
- Support in on- site surveys, waste quality surveys (solid waste, sludge)
- Research, identify, and summarize the relevant legal documents to facilitate project advancement
- Support in research and find potential clients for our new businesses and new potential projects
- Support in market analysis, competitor analysis
- Support in coordinating works related to project documents, site surveys, and technical calculations;

・Age: from 30- 45 years old
・Language: English- Business Level
・Gender: Any (Male is much welcomed for site work)
・Education: Graduation from a College or university majoring in Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering.
・Experience:
- Experience in Environmental licensing and legal procedures as well as Environmental impact assessment (EIA).
- Experiences and potential capabilities relating to equipment, process, technical line, and technologies.
- Experiences and potential capabilities to work with a wide range of technologies.
- Experience in preparing payment documents for bidding packages
- Experience on available Waste treatment technologies, especially Waste – to – Energy (WTE) and related waste management towards trending topics
- Willing to take business trips and meet all job requirements
- Experience in other related Environmental businesses and sustainable development
- Experience & capabilities on Sludge treatment: technologies, operation, business, fertilizer, biochar, …

・Skills & personality:
- Working under a deadline and high pressure
- Good communication skills: Group discussions, work well in a team environment.
- Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Honest, careful, enthusiastic, self- motivated, earnest, cooperative

・Japanese skills are a plus.
・Quality inspection and control
・Experience in operation, maintenance, and site work for environmental projects.
・Experience in importing/exporting goods
・Participated in overseas training on environmental management and treatment
