General Affairs
• Oversee the maintenance and control of company documents, records, and contracts to ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Manage company assets assigned to the Admin Department.
• Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for business trips.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure service quality and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee company transportation services (shuttle buses, taxi cards), including issuance, usage monitoring, monthly reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Oversee office administration, including purchasing and inventory control of office supplies, consumables, uniforms, and work equipment (laptops, mobile phones, SIM cards, etc.).
• Support expatriate services, including visas, work permits, temporary residence cards (TRC), housing, and company car arrangements.
• Oversee client visits, ensuring proper logistics, meeting preparation, and hospitality.
• Analyze and manage the administrative budget.
Human Resources
• Handle full- cycle recruitment (posting jobs, screening CVs, arranging interviews).
• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.
• Support employee relations and assist management in resolving workplace issues.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and submit them to management and/or authorities as required.
• Support the effective and fair implementation and administration of the Performance Evaluation System.
• Manage employee training, performance evaluation, and welfare programs.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, regulations, and labor- law compliance. Handle updates to corporate licenses (e.g., IRC, ERC)
Others
• Support company events (periodic health checks, company trips, year- end party, etc.).
• Support management in the continuous improvement of GA–HR processes and cost efficiency
• Participate in internal audits and external inspections as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
