- Develop and negotiate with key retail partners, distributors, e- commerce platforms, and other channels, while strengthening collaboration with digital marketing.
- Collect and analyze primary information from stores, customers, and competitors, and provide strategic feedback to product development and marketing based on these insights.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate the sales team, instilling a mindset for them to become market creators rather than mere salespeople.
- Formulate and execute medium- to- long- term sales and distribution strategies, manage sales forecasts, budget control, and create markets to achieve the goal of becoming No. 1 in Vietnam.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and budgets, and manage progress using KPIs.

・Language: English- Business level (English proficiency at a level suitable for internal communication.)
・Experience:
- More than 3 years of management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in planning/execution of sales strategies in the Consumer goods and toy industry.
‐ Has Sales experience in retail or with distributors.
- Strategic planning capability combined with the execution and action ability necessary to implement strategies on the ground.

・"Zero- to- One" experience in a startup or new business launch phase.
・Deep understanding of retail, distribution, or consumer products (FMCG, durable goods, etc.) in the Vietnamese market.
・Knowledge and experience related to e- commerce and digital marketing.
