• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industrial park developers, and authorities.• Manage and supervise sales activities and guide local sales/marketing staff or external partners.• Identify new business opportunities and lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiation documents. (Pharma, Food, Electronics, etc.)• Conduct market analysis and provide insights to the management for business decision- making.• Promote the company’s brand and expertise through seminars, events, and digital marketing.• Coordinate with the Japanese management team and technical experts to align business development strategies.• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

・Language: English- Business Level (Japanese ability is a plus).
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
・Age: 32~42
・Gender: Female preferred
・Experience:
+ Proven track record in industrial, construction, or engineering- related sectors
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
・Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident in dealing with high- level clients.
・Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
・Leadership mindset, proactive attitude, and integrity in managing projects and people.
