Position: Senior Sales Executive- Insurance

- Working location: Hoan Kiem ward, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～26,000,000VND
Responsibility
・Coordinate with the Underwriting Department to set up proper terms and conditions in compliance with company guidelines.
・Other tasks as assigned by Managers.
・Retain and increase renewal or new premiums from renewal business.
・Mentor and support junior sales and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
・Initiate and maintain customer service activities to improve customer trust and loyalty.
・Cooperate with relevant departments on risk surveys, risk management activities, and other client services.
・Maintain and update client database and profiles; respond to and support all client requests regarding insurance coverage.
・Follow up and manage outstanding premiums for assigned accounts.
・Handle renewal business and cross- selling to achieve renewal premium targets.
・Prepare offers and quotations, negotiate with clients, and secure insurance contracts.
・Develop new business on assigned insurance classes/lines by approaching potential corporate clients via appropriate channels.
・Attend internal meetings, sales events, and trainings to stay updated on products and market trends.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree- Age: 27 ~ 35 years old.- Gender: Any- Language: English- Business level- Experience: Have 5+ years in sales or sales administration within the non- life insurance industry (brokerage experience acceptable)

- Japanese language skills, leadership experience
