Responsibility

• Lead fire safety and life safety compliance, including emergency response planning and staff training.

• Plan and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost- efficiency and long- term asset value preservation.

• Ensure smooth and proactive coordination with anchor tenants and Japanese management.

• Supervise and coordinate cross- functional teams: Engineering, Duty, Reception, Customer Service, Cleaning, Security, Tenants, and Outsourced Vendors.

• Comply and implement all company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and achieve above minimum expectations in Operational reviews.

• Report regularly to senior management with operational performance metrics, improvement proposals, and resolution tracking.

• Develop and enforce SOPs and service standards aligned with international expectations and premium tenant requirements.

• Lead and manage day- to- day operations of common areas and building infrastructure, including retail, office, and public zones.

• Oversee handover and pre- opening readiness of new construction areas with full compliance and service readiness.

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30- 45 years old ・Language: English at Business level ・Experience:- Having at least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager in a Shopping mall and an Office building.
