- Monthly Salary:

- Participate in the design and coordination of industrial projects such as factories, clean rooms, and projects applying LEED or sustainable development criteria.
- Oversee and execute M&E works at the project site, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage design detailing, coordinate with project teams, and support technical problem- solving.
- Prepare and review design documents, bidding documents, and technical submissions.
- Ensure all M&E designs align with Vietnam Regulations (QCVN), Vietnam Standards, and NFPA (especially Fire Fighting).
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and office software for design, reporting, and documentation.

・Education: College or above, major in Mechanical Engineering
・Language: English- Business Level (English proficiency is an obligation to speak and write fluently)
・Experience:
- Experience in the design of Industrial Projects, especially in factories and Clean rooms, LEED, Sustainable Development, etc.
- Experience in the provision of Documents of Design, Bidding, Vietnam Regulation (QCVN), Vietnam Standard, and American Standard NFPA. Especially for Fire Fighting
- Experience in M&E work at the site

・Skills:
- Should be fluent with AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as in teamwork;
- Good design and detailing design Management with capabilities;

- Knowledge of the B.I.M. coordinator would be an advantage.
- M&E practising license with Grade I, II would be an advantage.
- A Tender Preparation Document would be an advantage.
