Responsibility
- Ensure the high quality services
- Perform other office duties as assigned by the Managers
- Supervise the check- in, departure and arrival handling process
- Making weight & balance of aircraft
- Making cargo loading plan
- Coordinate with the airport authorities, ground handling companies, and other related parties
- Lost & found for baggage
- Support pilot (document preparations, conduct briefing with pilot)
- Ensure the safety and on- time performance of the flights

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree ・Gender: Any・Age: 25- 35 years old・Language: English- Business level・Experience: Not required, but having relevant experience in the airline/travel/hospitality related service industries is an advantage・Other: Candidates who is living in Hanoi- city where is within 30 minutes drive from the Noi Bai International Airport

・Japanese skills・Working experience in an Airline or travel agency

- Good team player as well as an independent worker- Customer- oriented, honest, compassion- High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm- Good communication skills- Willing to work night shift, in weekend and holidays
