Responsibility
- Handle leasing- related administrative work, document control, and filing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and external parties (tenants, consultants, agents) to support leasing progress, tenant fit- out, and overall project execution.
- Prepare and maintain leasing reports, leasing status updates, and internal presentations to support management decision- making.
- Support and actively participate in shopping mall leasing activities, including tenant sourcing, coordination, follow- up, and assistance in commercial negotiations.
- Prepare, review, and manage leasing documents such as leasing proposals, OTLs, MOUs, lease agreements, and related appendices in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields・Gender: Any ・Age: 25- 35 years old ・Language: English at Business level ・Experience:- 3- 4 years of experience in leasing in the real estate industry • Office & technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data tracking, basic formulas, reporting) and PowerPoint for internal presentations; ability to manage documents and databases accurately.- Detail- oriented, responsible, and result- driven.- Professional communication and customer- focused mindset.- Willing to support team members and handle both leasing and administrative tasks.- Passionate about retail, real estate, and lifestyle brands.
