Legal Support for the following items

(1) Project Management
・Respond to other project- related inquiries from each PIC and provide support for them.
・Review of contracts, licensing documents, and other legal documents related to projects that are currently ongoing after investment completion.
・Monitor the legal risks in each project.

(2) The company&039;s operation
・Respond to the company&039;s operation- related inquiries from PICs and support them.
・Review of contracts related to the company&039;s operation and management of those contract templates.

(3) Know- how Development
・Respond to other inquiries from PICs and support them.
・Timely information sharing and holding regular meetings for information sharing. (law change, political situation, topics discussed in each project team, etc.)
・Updating intranet information. (contract templates, inquiry flow to the Legal Department, posting other useful information, etc.)

*Coordination with the headquarters legal team is necessary.*And provide other support to PICs to the extent possible.

・Language: English- Business Level
・Experience: > 5 years’ experience in the Legal Department in the real estate industry (especially in investment and PJ management)
・Expertise in the following areas
・Gender: Any
・Age: under 37 years old
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree
- Practical experience related to investments by foreign companies (including project transfers and land contributions, etc.)
- Practical experience in contract- related operations (construction- related, sales agency agreements, and sales contracts with customers)

・Practical experience in real estate operations based on the Law on Real Estate Business and the Housing Law, etc.
・Practical experience in project finance contract execution
- Willingness to support all items related to the legal area
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English
- Based in HCMC
