Responsibility
Sales Activities
Negotiate sales contracts and projects in coordination with the Sales Support.
Expand the sales and profitability through Key Account (Customers & Distributors) by developing and implementing the Company’s strategy for Key Account.
Research & report about sales, market trends, competitors’ activities.
Build up good and long- term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, machine mapping, maintenance cycle, and market trends.
Identify new and existing customer needs, provide solutions, and follow up on the customer’s responses to get the PO.
Develop new customers through SNS, market information, and on- site visiting.
Promote the complete Company&039;s products & services at selected Key Accounts.
Build the business plan for your Key Account aligned to the Company’s strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Engineering Activities:
Promote Company products & technology by presentation.
Other tasks from the company.
Receive customers’ quality claims & do an investigation with the Manager’s instruction. Negotiate with customers in need & report to customers about the investigation result.
Fulfill all customers’ requests about technical questions and technical surveys. Technical support at the customer site.
Do training about the Company&039;s products, bearing handling, bearing troubleshooting, and bearing installation to support customers, make good relationships & enhance the Company&039;s brand.
Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to customers to showcase the value of the products or services offered.
Technical support & troubleshooting when necessary.

Requirements
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in related fields.・Gender: Male preferred・ Age: Below 30 years old ・Language: English- Business Level・Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in a sales engineer position, selling Mechanical products・Skills: + Good communication skills. + Good work ethics and capacity to learn and adapt. + Ability to do HO/REN/SO (ホウレンソウ)activity for the Manager. + Ability to Think & Action by ownself. + Willing to Challenge. + Flexible thinking. + High responsibility. + Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy way to understand. + Multitasking skill: the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others.NOTICE:Only shortlisted candidates will be approached by RGF&039;s consultant.
