・Manage and support the development of local staff at the site

・Manage schedule, quality, and safety for construction projects

・Provide instructions to and coordinate work with local subcontractors

・Conduct meetings and coordinate with clients and subcontractors

・Review design drawings and check construction work details

・Monitor construction progress and report status to clients

Responsibility

※ Domestic business trips may be required depending on projects

Requirements

・Age: 28- 45 years old・Gender: Male Preferred ・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree・Language: English- Conversational Level or above (able to give instructions and communicate for work)・Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction project management at a construction company・Willingness to relocate domestically and travel for business as required
