Responsibility
・Prepare and revise design documents and drawings
・Manage local design staff and provide technical support
・Coordinate with construction teams and share design intent
・Handle all aspects of architectural design work
・Support bidding- related tasks
・Conduct meetings with clients and organize project requirements
※ Mainly based at headquarters; domestic business trips may be required depending on projects

Requirements

・Age: 28- 45 years old・Gender: Male Preferred ・Education: Graduation from a 4- year university (high school graduates acceptable depending on experience)・Language: English- Conversational Level or above (at internal communication level)・Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in architectural design

・Experience designing buildings with a total floor area of 2,000㎡ or more・Experience in factory or industrial facility design・Architectural- related certifications or equivalent overseas qualifications・Experience working overseas or in multinational teams
