・Conduct meetings with clients and organize equipment requirements

・Support bidding- related tasks

Responsibility

・Manage local design staff and provide technical support

・Prepare and review design documents and drawings

・Coordinate with architectural design and construction departments

・Design building equipment systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

※ Mainly based at headquarters; domestic business trips may be required depending on projects

Requirements

・Age: 28- 45 years old・Gender: Male Preferred ・Education: Graduation from a 4- year university (high school graduates acceptable depending on experience)・Language: English- Conversational Level or above (at internal communication level)・Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in equipment / MEP design
