3D BIM Annotation Leader (English/Korean) - Remote

Team Leadership & Coordination

Provide technical guidance, performance feedback to team members and adherence to project quality standards.
Manage a team of 3 annotators, ensuring smooth workflow and task allocation.
Monitor daily output, ensuring tasks are delivered within SLA.
Communicate effectively with the client in English to relay updates, resolve issues, and implement feedback.

Hands- On Annotation Work

Align 360° construction site images with floor plans and BIM models.
Receive and process assigned tasks from Client&039;s internal system.
Place and align anchor points to reduce spatial gaps between captures and drawings.

Quality Assurance

Identify and correct misalignments, visual inconsistencies, or errors.
Perform final checks on all team deliverables before delivery to the client.
Uphold and improve accuracy benchmarks for the team.

Computer requirements (Applicant must provide their own equipment with equivalent performance): Mac: 8- core CPU, 8- core GPU, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD || Windows: Intel i7- 13650HX, RTX 4060, minimum 32GB RAM, SSD512GB SSD (minimum 32GB RAM, and a dedicated graphics card is required)
Able to spot visual inconsistencies and misalignments quickly.
Strong communication skills in English.
Detail- oriented, able to work under tight deadlines.
Proven experience in reading and interpreting architectural, civil, or interior design drawings.
Korean proficiency is a big plus (not mandatory).
Experience with BIM tools or 3D modeling.
The computer must be able to load and process 3D models smoothly.

Total monthly income: 19,000,000- 20,000,000
