Job Summary
The Lighting Artist is responsible for developing materials, shading, lighting, and the overall look of the assets to ensure the final visual quality meets international project standards.
Responsibilities:

Set up and optimize lighting setups for 3D scenes.
Create and refine materials, textures, and shaders for 3D assets according to project requirements.
Review render tests, evaluate results, and make adjustments to achieve the desired quality.
Work closely with the Modeling, Lighting, Compositing, and Rendering teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in the production pipeline.
Ensure all outputs meet both technical and aesthetic standards required by European / North American clients.
Keep up- to- date and apply new technologies in shading, rendering, and AI- based tools (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Nuke or Houdini is a plus.
Ability to match references and maintain look consistency based on concept or shot requirements.
Able to read and communicate basic English for work purposes.
Good observation skills with sensitivity to color, lighting, and texture.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in an international pipeline environment.
Software: 3Ds Max and V- Ray
Strong understanding of PBR workflow, realistic lighting, and material .
