Product Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement the product development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.- Identify market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements in the automotive accessories industry.- Define product roadmaps, timelines, and development priorities.2. Product Development Management- Lead the product development team through all stages: ideation, design, prototyping, testing, and launch.- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and design teams to ensure product feasibility and quality.- Oversee material selection, product specifications, and performance standards.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality certifications.3. Project Management- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.- Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.- Ensure timely product launches that meet market and business requirements.4. Cross- functional Collaboration- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to define product positioning, features, and pricing strategies.- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production and sourcing.- Provide technical input for marketing materials and product documentation.5. Leadership & Team Development- Build, manage, and mentor a high- performing product development team.- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Evaluate team performance and support professional growth.
