Responsibilities
Research prospective clients and create company/industry profiles
Help maintain accuracy of client information in our CRM system
Help manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Support the creation of sales collateral and customer presentations
Participate in sales strategy sessions and team meetings
Shadow Account Executives in client meetings and sales calls
Assist in developing and maintaining sales pipeline documentation
Qualifications and skills:
A quick learner in new technology tool
Final year Student or graduate within 2 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheet (including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization) and PowerPoint
Have previous working/internship experience
Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks
Good command in English
Strong time management and organizational skills
Good at data analysis and problem- solving skills
