Job description
An Activation managers is, above all, a project manager who understands maketing and promotion techniques. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an Activation to change. And applications for this tech are integral.
We are looking for a competent Activation manager to oversee and organize Activations that’ll make an impact to a target audience. You’ll ensure Activations’re successful and cost- effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.
Responsibilies:
- Lead promotional activities for the Activation
- Ensure smooth execution of Activation and take proactive steps to resolve any issues that arise
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Monitor, support and advise on the execution of multiple projects to meet expected revenue and ensure the highest standards of account service and client satisfaction
- Plan Activation projects from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Developing and maintain professional working relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and internal teams.
- Supervise all staff (Activation coordinators, cateres etc.)
- Propose ideas and suggestions to enhance the success of the Activation
- Coordinate all operations aspects
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Analyze the success of Activation and prepare performance reports
Job requirements
- Customer service- oriented
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with suppliers and updated tech applications in the Vietnamese Activation market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team player
- Strong organizational skills
- A knack for problem- solving
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques related to Activation management
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Proven experience as an Activation Manager
