■Job Description :
We are looking for a high- caliber professional who can manage the entire process from sales to
delivery.
You will act as a key bridge between clients and internal/external teams, ensuring both
business success and high- quality execution.
This role is not a formal manager position, but we are seeking someone with manager- level
capability, who can take ownership of client relationships and lead projects independently.
Sales & Client Acquisition
●Develop and present marketing proposals and solutions
●Identify client needs and marketing challenges
●Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
Project Delivery & Execution
●Manage timelines, budget, and quality of deliverables
●Design project plans after contract signing
●Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
●Ensure smooth execution from kickoff to completion
Client Relationship Management
●Propose continuous improvements and upsell opportunities
●Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
●Build long- term, trusted client relationships
●Provide regular reporting and performance reviews
Internal Collaboration
●Contribute to process improvement and best practices
●Align sales expectations with delivery capabilities
■Requirement :
●Support junior members when necessary
・+5 years experience for digital marketing field

・Experience for Google, Facebook ads
・Working experience in agency side
