Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Has knowledge of production and social content videos.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, media) to create sales proposals and presentations.
• Preserve and enhance relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and long- term cooperation.
• Manage the company&039;s existing clients and track project progress to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Assist in debt recovery and ensure revenue targets are achieved as planned.
• Track industry trends and customer demand to advise suitable solutions.
• Identify and develop new potential clients to expand the company&039;s market.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Familiarity with photography equipment, production tools, and basic editing software is a plus.
• Good relationship management with partners, vendors, and clients.
• Basic English communication.
• Proven ability in sales and new business development.
• Strong project and team management skills; ability to lead a team under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Good aesthetic judgment and understanding of visual storytelling.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• At least 2–3 years background in advertising agency, production, or a similar creative field.
• Well- organized, detail- oriented, and able to multitask in fast- paced environments.
• Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
