KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (FMCG / Retail).
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent service.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews and propose improvement plans.
• Understand client business objectives, campaign goals, and KPIs.
Project Management & Operations
• Ensure 100% liquidation reports and documentation are submitted accurately and on time.
• Work closely with the Field Operation Team to track coverage, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate cross- functionally with Procurement, Finance, and HR for smooth project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure OTIF (On Time – In Full) execution.
Financial & Cost Control
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure budget variance ≤ ±3% and achieve assigned GP% targets.
• Track billing, collection, and ensure timely client payments (DSO ≤ 45 days).
Reporting & Data Analysis
• Support clients with actionable reports on coverage, compliance, visibility, and sales trends.
• Collaborate with the Tech/Data team to optimize dashboard use and reporting accuracy.
• Review field data, analyze performance, and share insights with clients.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Supervise Account Executives and coordinate with Field Supervisors.
• Support training, coaching, and career growth within the account team.
• Develop teamwork, discipline, and client- focused mindset.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience
• Strong financial understanding (budgeting, costing, P&L).
• Experience in FMCG or agency environments is highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Field Marketing, or Sales Operations.
Skills:
• Strong project management and problem- solving skills.
• English: professional working proficiency.
• Data interpretation and reporting proficiency (Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Qualities:
