Account Manager - Gaming Accelerator

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for providing high- touch, end- to- end support to participating game studios. Each AM manages 2–3 studios and works closely with founders, mentors, partners, and internal teams to ensure studio progress and overall program success.
Timeline: February- May 2026
Proactively follow up to ensure studios stay on track
Act as the point of contact for studios during the program
Track milestones, deliverables, and weekly progress
Manage assigned game studios (2–3 per AM) throughout the accelerator lifecycle
Studio Management & Support
Lead studio onboarding, kick- off sessions, and program orientation
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate mentor sessions and industry expert meeting
Collect and synthesize mentor feedback for studios
Facilitate relevant partner and publisher introductions
Mentor, Partner & Industry Coordination
Coordinate rehearsal sessions and ensure Demo Day readiness
Pitching & Demo Day Support
Support studios in preparing pitch decks and presentations
Reporting & Internal Collaboration
Flag risks, delays, or blockers early and propose solutions
Prepare regular studio progress reports for internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Program Lead, Program Coordinator, Marketing, and Event teams

Requirements
Availability during Program: February- May
Ability to manage multiple studios and stakeholders
Must- Have
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship- management skills
Experience working with startups, accelerators, or incubators
