• Identify new sales opportunities, develop prospect leads in eCommerce services and overseas markets.
• Collaborate closely with team members on new programs and initiatives.
• Take care existing merchants and business partners to maintain stability of sales volumes.
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Establish and manage a strong presence in the market, developing robust relationships with merchants, and business partners.
• Periodic report and perform urgent tasks required by Director.
• Lead sales to achieve the company&039;s KPIs with a high standard of professionalism and compliance excellence.
• Manage and support new programs, management initiatives and provide Director with advices.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales / business development, particularly in payment/fintech industry.
• Self- motivated, results- oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work out of business days / hours.
• Ability to understand business requirements and formulate service solutions to address client needs.
• Capable of English communication.
• Strong B2B consultative skills, capable of driving revenue and client growth while maintaining long- lasting client relationships.
• Strong business acumen and innovation with a passion for success in the digital or fintech industry.
