RESPONSIBILITIES:
Events Activation Marketing
Deliver the most impactful opportunities for company needs and sales.
Strengthen brand image by executing outstanding activation with the goal of generating community engagement.
Creating dynamic experiences via visual, brand presence, promote MM brand.
Creating and serving an engaging consumer experience that successfully communicates purpose and strengthens community.
Instore Communication Planning
Mapping a new store for planning the branding and communication requirements.
Building the proper perception through standardizing the signage/shelf talkers.
Manage the Creative Design team & vendors for timely and accurate execution.
Ensuring complete execution of the planned branding.
Build functional in- store communication during NSO launch and find ways to effectively communicate the launch across the store.
Finding different ways of enhancing the customer experience with respect to decoration, music etc. on the opening day and executing the same.
Efficiently manage instore communication by planning Signage and POSM.
Key Result Areas
New Store Opening communication plan.
Create concept development for all campaigns as per annual marketing calendar.
Ensuring consistency in brand imagery and positioning across MMVN.
Budget monitoring and tracking.
Develop optimized store decoration standardization attracting customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years’ experience in Retail and Activation Operation Management.
Experience in Creative Activation and Retail In- Store Communication.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with specialization in Marketing, Creation.
