​Promote, sell, and upsell Activities to enhance guest experiences at every opportunity
​Handle customer complaints effectively or reports them to supervisor
​Actively promote information to guests about all activities/excursion in a professional manner in all areas of the resort
​You personalize interactions within the service process, aiming to make each visit Water Sports as memorable and unique as possible
​Check availability, noted booking for guest and informed to the people concern
​Ensure safety standards are followed in each activities
​Maintains required inventory items relevant to your activities
​Conduct activities, ensuring that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service
​Prepare activities for guests and ensure they are set up to meet the Regent standard as per procedures of all handicraft activitie
​​You make guests feel welcome by always warmly greeting them and engaging guests through meaningful interaction, while also knowing when to be discreet
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications: High school or above, prefer graduation from University of Physical Education and first aid certificate needed.
​Experience: Prefer have been working in 4 or 5 star resort
Language: Good communication in English​​

Healthcare insurance for personnel for at least 6 service months and for the family after working 2 years
Rest and relaxation: 1 million per 3 service months
