ADAS Testing Vehicle Management Engineer

· Receive and process requests from project teams and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for vehicle retrofit and setup
· Perform vehicle verification and acceptance upon receiving vehicles, ensuring technical conditions are met.
· Perform vehicle troubleshooting related to testing systems and vehicle electronics.
· Support vehicle retrofit activities, including basic CAD modeling if required.
· Configure vehicles and install test setups and instrumentation.
· Manage vehicle logistics and flow control throughout the testing lifecycle.
· Ensure vehicles meet insurance, registration, and inspection requirements for testing.
· Manage and track vehicle plans and status according to VinFast project requests.
· Prepare and submit monthly reports on vehicle setup demand, status, and registration.
· Coordinate and execute vehicle commissioning and rework activities prior to testing (Electrical/Electronics and Mechanical scope)

· Experience in vehicle testing, vehicle management, or vehicle maintenance within automotive projects.

· Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, or CATIA (basic level is sufficient).

· Experience with CANoe, CANcase, Kvaser, and CAPL scripting is a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

· Knowledge of vehicle retrofit and commissioning processes.

· Understanding of vehicle electrical/electronic systems and testing setups.

· Driving license (B1/B2) is required.
· Candidates must have Technical background, preferable in Automotive industry and ADAS domain.
· Having experience Fleet Management and 3D Printer is a plus
