Payment Claim Management (25%)Handle claims for all office services, including rental, electricity, cleaning, printing, and business trips.Process transportation claims (Grab, taxi).Manage telecom and postal service payments (internet, Viettel post).
Administrative Policy (5%)Develop, update, and implement administrative policies.
Internal Orders (5%)Process orders with vendors (e.g., Viet Nu).Handle private sales requests.
Office Management (15%)Oversee office renovation and facility management (printers, projectors, cabinets, etc.).Manage payments for rent, electricity, and water.Procure office snacks, café supplies, and milk.Supervise and support the tea lady.
Business Trip Arrangement (30%)Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals for business travel.
Other Administrative Tasks (20%)Handle name card requests, employee badges, and motorcycle parking tickets.Procure office supplies (stationery, printer paper, tissue, etc.).Manage pest control (insect spray).Support ad- hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human
Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years in office management, administration, or HR support roles.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong organizational and problem- solving skills.
• Experience in event planning and employee engagement is a plus
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage vendors and optimize costs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
