Office Maintenance & Operation
Support Receptionist tasks (mail, delivery services, call receiving and forwarding, etc.).
Monitor and process arising payments;
Arrange and coordinate bus schedules and book hotel rooms;
Allocate and manage the number of office supplies and devices;
Utilities and Facilities (Procurement)
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation;
Prepare and present procurement reports.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms;
Some other work as assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Detail- oriented mindset & hard working.
Fluent English communication skills;
Final- year students or recent graduates in related fields;
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
A responsible attitude and the ability to work independently;
