Admin & Procurement Officer

Manage POS stock linkage and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate office administration tasks, including ordering stationery, tools, and support items for other departments.
Track purchase orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate records of all goods purchased.
Source and evaluate potential suppliers, compare quotations, and build strong vendor relationships.
Check the quantity and quality of delivered products to meet restaurant standards.
Ensure all purchases are properly invoiced and paid on schedule.
Input delivery notes (vendors, quantities, unit prices) into the system for proper tracking.
Manage the procurement of food, beverages, kitchen equipment, and restaurant supplies.
Monitor stock levels of food, beverage, and consumables; place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to optimize cost and quality.
Provide administrative and procurement support for managers as assigned.
Prepare purchase reports, cost analyses, and expense summaries for management review.
Oversee the flow of goods from suppliers, including handling related documents (contracts, agreements, invoices, delivery notes, payments, etc.).
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
6–12 months of experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in the restaurant/F&B industry is an advantage.
